About Us
Hi, we're the Moore Family! Under the golden skies of California (born and raised!), our family has dreamed of a different life—a life rooted in simplicity, connection, and purpose. With hearts full of faith and hands ready to work, we left behind the hustle and bustle in the summer of 2025 to embrace the amber waves of grain and corn fields of Illinois. Guided by God’s plan, we embarked on the journey from sunny California to the Midwest to build something lasting: a lavender farm where beauty and peace bloom, a haven for pollinators, goats and chickens, and, most importantly, a legacy of land to pass down to our children.
Anyone who knows us also knows our love of coffee; it's how Robbie and Shalena shared countless date nights before they got married, late-night coffee runs, and warm sips in the morning, so we wanted to share our favorite roasts and espresso shots from our kitchen to yours! Because we take our coffee seriously and have specific tastes, we took the time to research suppliers that are ethically farmed and specialty-grade, which means they’ve been carefully sourced, roasted properly, cupped for taste approval, and inspected for quality. We are proud to know our coffee is top-tier and sourced properly. As an added touch, we worked to ensure our orders are often packed and shipped the same day they’re roasted, helping us deliver coffee that’s full of flavor and character!
Robbie's go-to drink: 6 ristretto espresso shots (Sumatra) over ice. Then he'll add a splash of coconut milk or cacao bean protein shake.
Shalena's go-to drink: An iced doppio with half & half. Or more likely, 3 hot shots with steamed oat milk, and 2 pumps of brown sugar syrup.

Certified Wildlife Sanctuary
We are officially recognized by the National Wildlife Federation as a Certified Wildlife Habitat. We promise to provide ample sources of food, cover and places to raise young wildlife on our property by fostering natural food sources, clean water with our large pond, cover shelter from the weather and predators and manage our habitat in a sustainable way through soil and water conservation and reducing pollution.

Lavender Fields
Our number one priority is learning all we can about growing and distributing lavender, large scale. Custom oil distillation, lavender infused tallow and honey, and so much more is on the horizon! We believe beauty begins beneath the surface. Before and after planting our lavender, we will use nature’s own detoxifiers—sunflowers, native grasses, and deep-rooted herbs—to gently cleanse the soil of past chemical use.

Farm Fresh Eggs
We’ve been blessed to have chickens since 2022. They are such a simple and fun animal to raise, with the added bonus of supplying healthy eggs. We currently have a flock of 19 chickens, including easter eggers, americanas, barred rock, plymouth-blue hybrids, and buff orphingtons and are excited to offer eggs with speckled colorings from light beige, brown, green, and blue!
